Alpental Construction did a fine job building our custom home in Suncadia, and it was not an easy task, either, with timber beams and lodge-like construction. Dan Wolfe, the owner, was always easy to work with, knowledgeable, and competent. Because of Suncadia’s strict policies, he had to work closely with their homeowner’s association step by step, and all in all, the whole process went smoothly. In the end, our home turned out wonderfully and it was a pleasure working with Dan.

I hired Alpental to replace a deteriorating fence. They came in, did the work and got out. I’ve used them in them past for skylights, kitchen backsplash, and moving a laundry room between floors. They always do a great job and are very quick.

Dan Wolfe and his team are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and work with integrity and pride of workmanship. We have hired them many times to do framing, drywall, insulation, paint, tile, hardwood, electrical and all has been done well and timely. We are pretty picky too, an engineer and a kitchen designer.
